A new Assistant District Grand Master | Yeo Soon Keong

Centenary Lodge would like to extend its warmest congratulations to our very own Worshipful Brother Yeo Soon Keong on his appointment as the new Assistant District Grand Master of the District Grand Lodge of the Eastern Archipelago!

W. Bro. SK was kind enough to provide his thoughts on the position and what Freemasonry means to him:

• “The Assistant District Grand Master’s role is to assist the District Grand Master in governing the District. There are 3 ADGMs in our District and 1 Deputy DGM. In Singapore the ADGM also assists the DGM in running the Masonic Hall board which runs the building at 23A Coleman Street.”

• “Freemasonry has been an integral part of my social life. Provides a good balance to my stressful workload. Learning the rituals helps keep my mind off work and is in fact quite therapeutic sometimes.”

Worshipful Brother Yeo's investiture at the Annual Communications 2025, escorted by the Worshipful Master, was truly an august occasion to the Lodge as he is the first District Ruler to emerge from our ranks since the Lodge's founding in 1959.
